Ms. Yang Fan graduated from Tianjin Polytechnic University with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering. She began her career in the IP field in 2020, working on patent agency tasks such as patent searches, drafting applications, preparing responses to office actions, and handling reexamination cases. Before entering the IP field, she gained extensive industry experience in the integrated circuit sector, demonstrating strong learning and communication skills. In recent years, she has served clients including State Grid, PetroChina, Sinopec, Great Wall Motor, CCB Fintech, and Zoomlion. Yang Fan joined HUAHE IP Limited in 2023, primarily managing patent-related work for both domestic and international clients.
