Mr. Cao has been working as an Intellectual Property consultant since 2012.  In 2015, he became a qualified Chinese Trademark Attorney. He started practicing as a patent attorney in 2018. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in trademark, patent, and copyright representation. He has provided intellectual property legal services to numerous companies and has served as an intellectual property legal advisor.

He specializes in customizing trademark registration plans, analysing cases for review rejections, invalidation declarations, trademark administrative litigation, and handling foreign trademark applications. His expertise also includes patent application discovery, strategic layout guidance, search and evaluation, quality inspection review, patent infringement comparison analysis, patent invalidation, and handling foreign patent applications as well as IP training for clients.

In 2024, Mr. Cao joined Huahe IP Limited where he is fully responsible for market expansion, market team management, and external liaison.
