Ms. Zhang received her first Master’s degree in Telecommunications in 2004 and a second Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Management in 2005 both at Queen Mary, University of London.  

Ms. Zhang worked in the London office of a US firm, Ladas Parry, for 6 years and prosecuted as large number of patent applications for telecom, electronics and mechanical inventions at the UK Patent Office and the EPO.  She joined HUAHE in 2011 and has since then worked on both Chinese patent and trade mark matters and advised Chinese clients on how to obtain IP protection in Europe.  Ms. Zhang is now heading the trade mark team at Huahe.

Worldwide TM registration (over 100 countries) for TCL Corporation and Kuayue Express, including pre-filing searches, responses to Office Actions, Rejections and oppositions, litigations, assignment registrations, etc.;

Handling TM searches and registrations, oppositions, invalidation cases in China for multinational companies such as Armstrong Flooring, Inc, Peroxychem LLC, The Procter & Gamble Company, Pearl. GmbH. etc.
