Ms. Rao received her degree in highway engineering at Xi’an Highway College in 1982.  Ms. Rao took a training course for patent attorneys held by the Chinese Patent Office and a training course for lawyers held by the Ministry of Justice in 1984 and was admitted as a patent attorney in 1985.  From 1987 to 1998, Ms. Rao worked as Director of the Patent Service Center under the Ministry of Communications of P. R. China.  She joined HUAHE in 2002. 

Ms. Rao has extensive experiences in dealing with patent infringement and invalidation cases and has maintained an exceptional record with a winning rate higher than 90%.  Ms. Rao’s practice also includes drafting and prosecution of patent applications and has looked after patent portfolios for Shanghai Zhenhua and Dongfeng Motor Corporation.
